Nella Domenici announces endorsement from Albuquerque Police Officers Association

Nella Domenici announced that the Albuquerque Police Officers Association (APOA), representing more than 800 officers from the Albuquerque Police Department and Aviation Police, has endorsed her candidacy. Domenici has pledged to support law enforcement personnel.


NMSU Extension offers virtual workshop on green chile preservation

New Mexico State University Cooperative Extension Service will host a virtual Green Chile Preservation Workshop to share safe home food preservation techniques on drying, canning, freezing, and preserving New Mexican green chile. The workshop will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on October 1, 8, 15, and 22 via Zoom.

The poison hotline is a number you might not think to call for drug addiction, but it’s one that could make all the difference. Leaders at the New Mexico Poison & Drug Information Center at The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center want more families to know that they can call the hotline when they are experiencing a crisis.

Albuquerque adds new amenities to enhance local parks

Morris Street construction project set to begin August 26
