New Mexico Highlands University is set to participate in the 2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Football Media Day in Denver. The event will take place on Thursday, July 31st, at Metropolitan State University of Denver. NMHU's Head Coach Kurt Taufa'asau, now in his second season, will be accompanied by players Cayden Walton and Awsten Turnbow. Their media session is scheduled for 10:45 a.m., with the full event starting at 10:30 a.m. The RMAC Network will provide live coverage.
The conference will also announce its 2025 Preseason Coaches' Poll and Preseason All-Conference Teams at noon. The Cowboys are preparing to kick off their season on August 28th against Eastern New Mexico at 6:00 p.m. Fans can purchase season tickets through NMHUAthletics.com/tickets.
