Valentine's Day is traditionally a time for exchanging gifts, often in the form of jewelry or other tokens of affection. However, this year, an alternative option is being presented: giving justice instead. The Native American Rights Fund (NARF) is encouraging people to honor their loved ones with an "Otu’han" gift, which translates from Lakota (Sioux) as "giveaway."

By choosing this option, individuals can make a donation to NARF in the name of their loved one. In return, the recipient will receive a card informing them that a gift has been made on their behalf. This gesture aims to have an immediate impact on the fight for Native rights.
