D.H. Lescombes Winery & Bistro celebrated the opening of its second location on Albuquerque's West Side with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 29. The new establishment is situated at 3771 NM-528, near Alameda and Coors Bypass.
The Lescombes family has been involved in winemaking in New Mexico since their emigration from Burgundy, France, in 1981. Their winery is located in the Mimbres Valley near Deming, where Florent and Emmanuel Lescombes continue the family's six-generation winemaking tradition. They manage 200 acres of vineyards outside Lordsburg.
The company offers over 40 wines under various labels such as D.H. Lescombes, Soleil Mimosa, and St. Clair.
