New:
The Nature Conservancy: Will have a temporary parking area closure that will reduce parking capacity at the Cerro Gordo Trailhead by two spaces. The Parks Division will be cooperating with The Nature Conservancy on the Santa Fe Canyon Preserve (SFCP) A trail maintenance project will begin on 10-11-2021. The loop trail within the preserve will be closed from the trailhead east to the Old Stone Dam.
EMCO: Will be repaving Camino Alire. Work will begin about 10-14-2021 thru 10-22-2021. Flaggers and Closures will be in place. Contact Mark Brooks at 505-955-2404 with any questions.

EMCO: Will be repaving Ridgeview Circle. Work will begin 10-11-2021 thru 10-15-2021. Road will have limited access and flaggers will be in place. Contact Mark Brooks at 505-955-2404 with any questions.
On Going:
GM Emulsion: Will be re-paving Camino Carlos Rey from Zia Road to Siringo. Work is scheduled to begin 10-06-2021 thru 10-20-2021. Flaggers and road detours will be in place, expect delays. Contact Mark Brooks 505-955-2404 with any questions.
Klinger Construction: Will been installing a new curb and gutter on the Old Taos Hwy. Work is scheduled to begin 09-20-2021 thru 10-29-2021. A fence will be set out farther from the work site and have a ten foot wide lane for all North bound traffic. The South bound lane will not be affected by this work. Facility Build and the City of Santa Fe: Will be installing new restrooms at the Water Street parking lot. The sidewalk on East Water Street will be closed for the demolition of the existing wall starting on 09-06-2021 thru 11-19-2021. Contact Kody Keelin at 505-231-4987 with any questions.
Sierra Canyon Construction: Will be adding a Decel Lane at 6581 Cerrillos Rd. Lane shifts will be in place, work is scheduled to begin 08-31-2021 thru 12-31-2021. Contact Teddy Padilla at 505-231-4794 with any questions.
Kelly Cable: Will be installing new fiber optic cable overhead and boring. Rodeo road will have be reduced to one lane from Richards Ave to Cerrillos road and continuing on Airport road to Lopez Lane. Work will begin on 08-02-2021 thru 10-30-2021. Kelly Cable: Will be installing new fiber optic cable overhead on Lopez Lane. Lopez Lane will have flagmen from Airport road to Rufina. Work will begin 08-09-2021 thru 10-30-2021. Contact Kody Keelin at 505-231-4987 with any questions.
Bradbury Stamm Construction: Will be installing underground utilities at 2068 Galisteo St. work is scheduled to begin 06-28-2021 thru 11-30-2021. Contact Teddy Padilla 505-231-4794, with any questions.
Salls Brothers Construction: Will be installing a new turn lane for the Desert Sage Subdivision. Work is scheduled to begin 07-26-2021 thru 10-30-2021.
