Array Technologies has finalized its $50 million plans to expand with a new manufacturing campus in Bernalillo County, NM. The 22-acre expansion is projected to hire nearly 100 new employees in the following years, according to Array Technologies.

"Array Technologies expands in NM," said the company's press release.

The company has chosen a site on Albuquerque's western side for the establishment of a new 216,000-square-foot campus. The commencement of construction for this facility is expected in early 2024. According to Array Technologies, the expansion project will foster job creation across different sectors such as production, assembly, design, engineering and customer service. Salaries will range from $35,000 up to $127,000. Over ten years, the project is estimated to have an economic impact of over $300 million and generate 75 construction jobs.

“Our foundation was laid in Albuquerque over 30 years ago, and this expansion is a testament to our longstanding relationship with this vibrant community,” said Kevin Hostetler, Array CEO. “This move signifies more than just growth; it reaffirms our commitment to New Mexico, its people and the global renewable energy mission we’ve passionately pursued since we opened. We’re excited to continue lighting the way to a brighter cleaner energy future from our home state.”

“We are pleased that Array, a global provider in renewable energy solutions has selected Bernalillo County as the location to expand its operations,” said County Commission Chair Barbara Baca.“Together with the State of New Mexico Economic Development Department and City of Albuquerque Economic Development Department; we recognize that regional support of our local companies means more jobs growth and more opportunities for Bernalillo County residents.”
