The Salvation Army is seeking donations to help renovate one of its rehab centers in Albuquerque.

According to KRQE News, Albuquerque's Salvation Army rehab is one of more than 100 across the country that is in need of repairs.

“We’ve decided to redo the current [building] we have, so the guys finally have double-paned windows – which I’m sure they were grateful for last night because the electricity is still out,” Salvation Army spokesperson Raewyn Aspeitia told KRQE News.

"For more than 100 years, the Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Centers and Harbor Light Center programs have offered spiritual, emotional and social assistance to those who have lost their ability to cope with their problems and provide for themselves," according to the Salvation Army's Rehabilitation website. "Our no-cost programs provide housing, food, work therapy, counseling, and community, as we work to address the root causes of prolonged substance dependence."
