Albuquerque FBI members recently hosted a meet-and-greet with area residents at a local Starbucks.
The “Coffee with a Cop” outing was held on Dec. 20 at Starbucks at 800 Broadway Blvd. NE.
Special Agent in Charge Raul Bujanda told LaDailyPost.com that it’s all part of an effort to keep community and law enforcement members on the same page while keeping the community protected.
“As members of the FBI, we are invested in the communities where we live and work,” he added. “We are your neighbors. What better way is there for us to get to know each other than to sit and have coffee together? Bring your questions, or just drop in and say hello.”
FBI members were also prepared to engage residents about career options and the organization’s mission and programs.
