Business and Social Hour (BASH), Albuquerque Mayoral Job interviews and important business updates
New Mexico (June 30, 2021) — The New Mexico Business Coalition (NMBC) announced today that it will hold a BASH (Business and Social Hour) in Albuquerque, NM on July 15, 2021 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Join us for a candidate job interview where mayoral candidates will be interviewed one-on-one. They will not be given questions in advance, will be limited in time on their responses, can only talk about themselves and must answer the question asked. No debate, no one talking over anyone - only one candidate will be in the room at a time.
Both declared mayoral candidates have confirmed attendance: ABQ Mayor and candidate Tim Keller and Bernalillo County Sheriff and candidate Manny Gonzales.
Carla Sonntag, president, New Mexico Business Coalition said, “This is a great opportunity for Albuquerque residents to learn where the candidates stand on important issues, like Albuquerque’s crime rate, homeless situation and plans for the city’s economic recovery. Job interviews are NMBC’s signature format that gets to the heart of what people want to know without the challenges of a debate.”
