Barelas Park nears completion of phase 1 renovations

Construction is underway at Barelas Park to complete the final elements of Phase 1 renovations. This work includes finishing a west parking lot, irrigation, and additional landscaping. The parking lot will feature new access onto 8th Street and necessitates a slight relocation of the existing bus shelter.
