Ryan Maxwell, Director of Team Operations for the Albuquerque Isotopes, has been named the Pacific Coast League’s 2025 Visiting Clubhouse Manager of the Year. The announcement was made by Major League Baseball, with nominations submitted by members of the baseball industry such as visiting field managers and coaches.
Isotopes General Manager John Traub commented on Maxwell's recognition: “Ryan does a great job and it’s terrific that MLB and the PCL are honoring him with this award. It’s long overdue. We are very proud of his efforts and dedication in such a demanding role.”
Maxwell is responsible for managing the visiting clubhouse at Isotopes Park, overseeing all team travel arrangements for the Isotopes, and serving on the Pacific Coast League’s Travel Coordinators Committee. His previous experience includes roles as Clubhouse Attendant for the Texas Rangers from 2009 to 2010 and Clubhouse Manager for the Lake Erie Crushers between 2012 and 2013.
