Western New Mexico University Women's Basketball has released its schedule for the 2025–26 season. The team will start with an exhibition game at UTEP on November 11, followed by participation in the Conference Challenge hosted by New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico. During this event, Western New Mexico will play against Fort Lewis College on November 14 and New Mexico Highlands on November 15.
The Mustangs' first home game is scheduled for November 22, when they host New Mexico Highlands at Drag's Court in Silver City. Afterward, the team will travel to Denver to compete in the MSU Denver Classic on November 25 and 26, facing MSU Denver and UC-Colorado Springs.
Throughout Lone Star Conference play, Western New Mexico will have nine home games. Key opponents include West Texas A&M, Eastern New Mexico, Cameron, Oklahoma Christian, and Texas A&M International. January is expected to be a busy month for home games as conference competition intensifies.
The regular season ends with Senior Weekend starting February 19 against St. Edward's and concluding with Senior Day on February 21 versus St. Mary's.
