Banana Ball will return to Albuquerque in 2026, with Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park set to host two games on April 11 and 12. The announcement was made during the 2026 Banana Ball City Selection Show broadcast on ESPN2.

Albuquerque is one of the stops for the new Banana Ball Championship League (BBCL), where official league games will be played between the Party Animals and the Firefighters. Tickets for these games will be available through a lottery system, with fans required to enter at bananaball.com/tickets by October 31, 2025. Those selected in the lottery will have an opportunity to purchase tickets about two months before the event. Ticket sales are managed by Fans First Entertainment, which oversees both the Savannah Bananas and BBCL teams. Standard ticket prices begin at $35.

Hospitality options such as single-game suite rentals will be sold directly by the Albuquerque Isotopes, with limited availability. Interested fans are encouraged to complete an interest form for more information.

Banana Ball has gained attention for its distinctive rules and fast-paced play, including a two-hour time limit per game, no bunting allowed, and fans being able to catch foul balls for outs. The upcoming BBCL season features six teams playing a total of 60 games nationwide before concluding with a championship series in October.

For further updates or announcements regarding these events, fans can follow the Albuquerque Isotopes on social media or visit bananaball.com.
