The New Mexico Ice Wolves will begin their 2025-2026 hockey season this weekend with a three-game series at Outpost Ice Arenas in Albuquerque. The team, part of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), will host the Amarillo Wranglers on Friday, September 12 at 6:30 p.m. MT, Saturday, September 13 at 6:30 p.m. MT, and Sunday, September 14 at 2 p.m. MT.
In addition to the NAHL team's home opener, the New Mexico Ice Wolves’ development team in the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) will start its season on the road against the West Texas Wranglers.
To mark the opening weekend, the organization has planned several events and promotions for fans attending games in Albuquerque. These include giveaways such as mini sticks provided by Valle, O’Cleireachain, Zamora & Harris on Friday and magnet schedules for both teams. Saturday features $1 hot dog night at Center Ice Grill courtesy of US Foods. On Sunday, there will be a surprise giveaway through Yepple and a player meet-and-greet after the game.
All games for both teams can be streamed live via NATV’s platform, which is accessible on various devices including PCs and mobile phones. Fans can also use Chromecast or Apple TV to watch games on larger screens.

Hospitality suites are available for group events or special occasions with seating options ranging from 32 to 42 people per suite; catering services including beverages can be added.
