Eastern New Mexico University’s women’s soccer team has been ranked 14th in the Lone Star Conference (LSC) preseason poll for the upcoming 2025 season. The Greyhounds received 124 points, placing them just above Sul Ross State, which earned 83 points. The poll results are based on votes from media members, coaches, and sports information directors.

Nona Borden, who is entering her first year as head coach, will lead the program with new leadership and direction. “Nona Borden, first-year head coach, has taken charge of the women's soccer program with a fresh vision to bring new energy to the season,” according to the announcement.

The LSC also recognized key players to watch for Eastern New Mexico this season: Gaia Chies (Offensive), Cristina Boluda Piqueras (Defensive), and Rosie Willmott Joyce (Goalkeeper).

The Greyhounds are scheduled to open their season on September 4 with an away match against Northwestern Oklahoma State at 1 p.m. MT / 2 p.m. CT.
