The Village of Eagle Nest in New Mexico is seeking applicants for the position of Librarian at the Eagle Nest Public Library. The role offers between 25 and 40 hours per week, depending on the candidate’s availability.
According to the job announcement, the Librarian will be responsible for providing customer service to library patrons, developing and implementing library operations, and supporting literacy and lifelong learning in the community. Additional duties include organizing, directing, controlling, and promoting library activities; representing the library within the community; developing programs and collections (both physical and digital); preparing budget proposals; supervising staff and volunteers as needed; managing library facilities; and maintaining punctuality, friendliness, and organization.
