The New Mexico State Bar Foundation's Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) is organizing a free virtual legal webinar on January 14, starting at 11 a.m. Mountain Time. The session is designed to provide elderly individuals and their caretakers with essential tools and resources for future planning. Topics to be covered include Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, probate, non-probate transfers such as Transfer on Death Deeds, and Institutional Medicaid.
