The New Mexico State University Board of Regents is set to convene for both a special meeting and a regular meeting in the upcoming weeks, as announced on April 25, 2024.

The special meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Monday, April 29, at the Regents Room of the Educational Services Center on NMSU’s Las Cruces campus. Following this, the Board of Regents will hold a regular meeting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, also at the Regents Room of the Educational Services Building on the same campus.

Both of these important meetings will be livestreamed for public viewing, providing accessibility to a wider audience through https://regents.nmsu.edu/regent-meetings/.

To ensure transparency and compliance with the Open Meetings Act, agendas for these meetings will be made available at least 72 hours in advance on the official NMSU Board of Regents website.

Individuals with disabilities requiring assistance or accommodations to attend and participate in the meetings are encouraged to contact the Board of Regents Office at least three days prior to the meeting. The office can be reached at regents@nmsu.edu or 575-646-5997 for further information or to request documents in accessible formats.

In preparation for these significant gatherings, the Board of Regents is committed to facilitating an inclusive and informative experience for all participants.
