Four NMSU Foundation members promoted to senior leadership team

New Mexico State University (NMSU) has announced that the NMSU Foundation has elevated four staff members to assistant vice president and deputy chief of staff positions. The promotions underscore their proficiency in alumni relations, fundraising, data analysis, and project management.

According to a press release by NMSU, the NMSU Foundation has promoted Jason Arvizu to assistant vice president of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, Stacey MacDonnell to assistant vice president of Advancement Services, Debra Marks to assistant vice president of Philanthropic Giving, and Heidi Parks to deputy chief of staff. These advancements indicate organizational modifications aimed at enhancing strategic philanthropy and alumni engagement.

"Through the promotions of these talented and dedicated staff members, we continue to align how we work in ways that best serve our alumni, donors, students and partners with the exceptional capabilities of our team," said Sylvia Y. Acosta, CEO of the NMSU Foundation. "This alignment is integral to the evolution of our strategic planning and processes—having people in place who are responsible and responsive to the needs of our constituents."

The MNSU Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 1959.
