Bernalillo County Assessor expands tax resources
Bernalillo County announced that the Bernalillo County Assessor’s Office has improved online resources, such as the Tax Estimator and Uniform Parcel Code (UPC) tool, to enhance accessibility for property owners and constituents. The Tax Estimator offers property tax liability estimates based on sales price and the UPC tool aids in the precise tracking and management of property data according to a press release by Bernalillo County.
"By enhancing accessibility and linking the UPC to the tax estimator, these tools empower a potential buyer to make an informed decision about the purchase of their next home," Bernalillo County stated.
Bernalillo County revealed that the Greater Association of Albuquerque Realtors (GAAR) subsidiary, Southwest Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (SWMLS), has produced an informative video highlighting the connection between the Uniform Parcel Code (UPC) and the tax estimator tool. This tool is designed to assist real estate professionals and property owners in efficiently searching for properties and using the tax estimator according to a press release by Bernalillo County.
