7. MATTERS FROM STAFF
Alexandra Ladd: We will be evaluating responses to an RFP from the Housing Homeownership Support Services contracts. Last time Commissioner Padilla was on our evaluation Committee. Anyone interested: please email Alexandra.This is the work that currently Homewise & Housing Trust provided the City to help income certified buyers for inclusionary zoning program.
Cody Minnich: Mr. Minnich reports that he spoke with the City Clerk who informed they will introduce legislation to maybe make Committees permanently hybrid. If that doesn’t go through, then all Commissioners will be required to be in person going forward.
Commissioner Watkins: Would like to know more about the Tierra Contenta Model & more about zoning provision that prohibits development of smaller affordable housing on smaller lots.
Alexandra Ladd: We could arrange some initial presentation or feedback on what it might possibly be.
