Come experience a unique contemporary style of Southwestern cooking in this 3-hour demonstration class. Learn the in-depth techniques of master chefs with such dishes as grilled adobo marinated flank steak, coconut flan with salted caramel, spicy tortilla soup, mojo marinated vegetables and green chile mac `n cheese.
