The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH) has renewed its push for all citizens of the state to get tested for COVID-19 under certain specific circumstances.

"NMDOH encourages all individuals to get tested for #COVID19 if: * You have COVID symptoms * You were in close contact with someone who tested positive * You are unvaccinated and work in a high-risk congregate setting * You are scheduled for surgery," the NMDOH tweeted

It also issued a Public Health Update that said for those who are able to do so, it encourages using Vault at-home testing, which can be found at learn.vaulthealth.com/nm.

At-home testing can be ordered at no cost to residents. For those who would like to be tested at a site, site locations doing testing can be found by visiting the NMDOH website: findatestnm.org.
