Anthony Ray Gomez
August 10, 1981 - August 28, 2021
On Saturday August 28, 202, Anthony Ray Gomez, loving Father of Dominyk Ray Gomez and Son of Steve and June Gomez joined his Grandmother Edwina and Aunt Loretta in Heaven.
Anthony is survived by his parents, his son Dominyk, his sisters Ashleigh, Victoria and Alexandra. His partner Teresa Munoz, her children Dominic and Melody. Anthony is also survived by his grandmother Delia and husband Mike and grandfather Raymond and wife Louise.
Anthony was the eldest and only son. He was born on August 10, 1981. Anthony was incredibly gifted in so many ways. He taught himself to play every instrument he picked up. Anthony was also very talented and had a way of connecting with anyone! He loved to make people laugh and never took life too seriously. He was such a kind and giving person, he made friends of everyone he talked to. Anthony was also very athletic, basketball being his favorite sport. He stayed loyal to the Chicago Bulls even after the 90’s. Anthony had a very quick wit and was very charismatic. He could walk into a room full of strangers and leave with a room full of friends. As a salesman he’d say “I can sell a chocolate ice cream cone to a woman wearing white gloves”. He should have been a lawyer because he loved to debate no matter the topic. Anthony loved his family deeply and never missed a chance to prank them. He was most proud of his son Dominyk who inherited many of his talents such as his athleticism, humor and musical ability. Anthony grew up closest to his cousins Felix and Jesse Gallegos, which is most likely where he got his sarcastic humor. Anthony brought joy and laughter into every room he entered and he will be greatly missed.
