Banana Ball is set to return to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 2026. The event will take place at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park on April 11-12. The announcement was made during the 2026 Banana Ball City Selection Show, which aired on ESPN2. Albuquerque has been chosen as a stop for the new Banana Ball Championship League (BBCL), where official league games will feature the Party Animals against the Firefighters.
Fans interested in attending must enter a ticket lottery at bananaball.com/tickets by October 31, 2025. Those selected will have the opportunity to purchase tickets approximately two months before the event. Ticket sales are managed by Fans First Entertainment, responsible for overseeing the Savannah Bananas and BBCL teams. Standard tickets start at $35.
The Albuquerque Isotopes will directly handle all hospitality areas, including single-game suite rentals. Due to limited availability, fans are encouraged to fill out an interest form for more information.
Banana Ball has gained global popularity with its unique rules and engaging gameplay, such as a two-hour time limit and allowing fans to catch foul balls for outs. The 2026 BBCL season includes six teams playing 60 games nationwide, culminating in a championship series in October.
