Adirondack Thunder re-signs Sean Gulka for upcoming hockey season

The Adirondack Thunder, affiliated with the New Jersey Devils and Utica Comets, have announced the re-signing of forward Sean Gulka for the 2025-26 season. Gulka, aged 25, returns to the team after achieving five points (2 goals and 3 assists) and accumulating 120 penalty minutes over 34 games last season.

Before joining Adirondack, Gulka played four games with the Pensacola Ice Flyers in the SPHL, where he scored one goal and had 22 penalty minutes. Over his tenure with the Ice Flyers, spanning 74 games, he amassed 25 points (12 goals and 13 assists) along with 214 penalty minutes.

In the previous season of 2022-23, Gulka participated in seven games with the South Carolina Stingrays, accruing 34 penalty minutes. His earlier career included playing parts of three seasons in the Western Hockey League with Victoria and Spokane.
