Eastern New Mexico University has announced that 2025 football season tickets are now available for purchase. The Greyhounds will host six home games this season at their stadium in Portales, with several promotions and themed events planned throughout the schedule.
"Today is the best day to purchase season tickets for Greyhound football. Our team will host six games this year and our department has some cool promotions for our fans," said head coach Kelley Lee.
Ticket pricing includes chairback seats at $160, bucket seats at $100, general admission at $65, and ADA seating at $20.
The first game of the season is set for August 28 against New Mexico Highlands. Eastern New Mexico holds a strong record in this matchup, leading the series 35-13 and having won the last five meetings. The Dawg Houze will sponsor the "Official Greyhound Tailgate Cup" event for 2025, providing cups to the first 500 tailgaters.
On September 13, ENMU will play Angelo State, last year's Lone Star Conference champions. This game will feature Family Night and Military Appreciation Night recognitions.
After two away games, Eastern New Mexico returns home on October 11 to face Western Oregon during Hall of Honors weekend. Seven individuals will be recognized as part of these festivities. A banquet is scheduled for October 10 before the football game on Saturday night. Don Carthel bobbleheads—sponsored by Dairy Farmers of America—will be distributed during this game to honor the five winningest coaches in school history. All season ticket holders are guaranteed a bobblehead, with a total of 1,000 being given out.
Homecoming is scheduled for October 25 against Western New Mexico in what is known as the Chile Bowl rivalry game. Eastern leads this series with an overall record of 44-17-2 over the Mustangs.
Sul Ross State visits Portales on November 1. The first 1,000 fans inside the stadium will receive a Greyhound cap sponsored by HOMESPOT.
Senior Day falls on November 15 when Texas A&M-Kingsville comes to town. J.P. Stone Community Bank is sponsoring a scarf giveaway for the first 750 ENMU students entering the stadium.
The team returns three players who received all-Lone Star Conference honorable mention honors in 2024: Jarius Stewart, Dillon Hein, and Nathan Jim.
