Members of the 2025 class of Leadership Albuquerque have started their journey with the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce's (GACC) program. The orientation and a subsequent retreat took place on October 25, marking the beginning for more than 40 participants.
The GACC's program has been established for decades, aiming to develop professionals by expanding their influence within organizations and enhancing community engagement. Throughout the program, participants will gain access to key influencers and decision-makers in both city and state levels. They will learn about critical issues affecting economic growth and quality of life while forming connections with business and civic leaders in Albuquerque.
The class will partake in various events throughout the year, culminating in a graduation ceremony scheduled for May 2025.
David Campbell from Lobo Development Corporation chairs this year's program, with Jeremy Oswald from Citizens Bank serving as vice chair. Both delivered speeches during the orientation alongside GACC President and CEO Terri Cole, who also addressed the Chamber’s activities.
The Chamber extends gratitude to sponsors PNM, French Funerals & Cremations, Jaynes Corporation, Bohannan Huston Inc., and Bank of Albuquerque for supporting Leadership Albuquerque.
