The New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) will host a free virtual legal webinar on September 10 at 11 a.m. (MT). The webinar aims to provide elderly individuals and their caretakers with essential tools and resources for future planning. Topics will include Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, probate, non-probate transfers (such as Transfer on Death Deeds), and Institutional Medicaid.

Registrants need to provide their first and last name along with an email address. A confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar will be sent after registration.
