A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may participate in on-campus activities from Aug. 17 through Aug. 20, with potential quorums detailed as follows:
On Saturday, Aug. 17, activities will include photographs at Aggie Memorial Stadium at noon, lunch at University Center and Residence at 12:30 p.m., a work session at University Center and Residence at 2 p.m., and dinner at La Posta de Mesilla, located at 2410 Calle De San Albino, by invitation at 6 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 18 will feature a closed executive session at University Center and Residence starting at 8 a.m., followed by lunch by invitation at noon, and another closed executive session beginning at 1 p.m.
On Monday, Aug. 19, there will be a regular meeting in the Educational Services Center's Regents Room on the Las Cruces campus starting at 9 a.m., with notice and agenda posted separately. Lunch will follow in Hadley Hall, Room 130 by invitation.
Tuesday, Aug. 20 includes the Fall 2024 convocation held at Atkinson Recital Hall beginning at 9 a.m.
No votes or other official actions will be taken by the Board of Regents during the work session or optional activities.
