Nusenda Credit Union has been named by its employees as the Albuquerque Journal No. 1 Top Workplace in the large company category. Nusenda has been consistently ranked since the award’s inception 12 years ago, and this is the third time it holds the top spot.

Public, private, nonprofit, and governmental employers in New Mexico were invited to have their employees take the survey. Questions focused on alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership performance as well as pay benefits work/life flexibility training.
