A vote to appoint two Historic Districts Review Board representatives to a joint State-Local Government Historic Review Board, in accordance with NMSA 1978, Section 3-22-6(G)(1)(d), to decide disputed issues over the denial of applications to demolish contributing historic structures at 402 Don Gaspar Ave., 406 Don Gaspar Ave., 410 Don Gaspar Ave., and 414 Don Gaspar Ave.
