Public Utilities overall presentation presented by Director John Dupuis.
• Environmental Services Division presented by Director Shirlene Sitton.
• Wastewater Division presented by Director Michael Dozier.
• Water Division presented by Director Jesse Roach.
• Utility Billing Division presented by Director Nancy Jimenez.
MOTION: Councilor Lindell moved, seconded by Councilor Cassutt, to to the preliminary approval of the Public Utilities budget with option to make amendments.
