b. EC-22-114 Belly Freight Building Lease and Agreement between the City of  Albuquerque and Fjet LLC (“Fjet”)

A motion was made by Vice-President Lewis that this matter be Overridden  [Override attempt failed]. The motion failed by the following vote:

a. O-22-35 Amending The City Of Albuquerque Code Of Ordinances, Section  2-7-2-2, “Authority And Duties Of The City Attorney” To Prohibit Policy  Advocacy By The City Legal Department (Davis) 

A motion was made by Councilor Davis that this matter be Amended. Councilor  Davis moved Amendment No. 1. The motion carried by the following vote: 

For: 9 - Bassan, Benton, Davis, Fiebelkorn, Grout, Jones, Lewis, Peña, and   Sanchez 

A motion was made by Councilor Davis that this matter be Passed as  Amended. The motion carried by the following vote:

b. O-22-36 Amending The Art In Municipal Places Ordinance To Provide For  Increased Conservation, Maintenance Funds, And Define Digital And  Temporary Public Art (Benton, Grout, Peña) 

A motion was made by Councilor Grout that this matter be Passed. The motion  carried by the following vote:

c. M-22-4 Consideration Of An Exemption For The City Of Albuquerque From New  Mexico State Statute 3-12-1.1, Which Requires City Council Districts To  Be Contiguous (Peña) 

A motion was made by Councilor Sanchez that this matter be Amended.  

Councilor Sanchez moved Amendment No. 1. The motion carried by the  following vote:

A motion was made by Councilor Peña that this matter be Passed as Amended.
