1. 2022-005878-HDRB. 905 Camino Ranchitos. Downtown and Eastside Historic District. Christopher Purvis, agent for Del Hayunga, Owner, proposes to add 142.5 sq. ft. to a 1,145 sq. ft. guesthouse and a 400 sq. ft. free-standing carport at a non-contributing property. (Angela Schackel Bordegaray)

I. DISCUSSION ITEMS

Window Repair and Replacement Guidelines. Staff is requesting HDRB initial review of and comment on a guidance document for windows in the Historic Districts. The goal of this document is to inform the public of the historic district’s code, Historic Preservation Division’s procedures, and the benefits of preservation of historic windows in one document to simplify the process for members of the public. Stucco Guidelines. Staff is requesting HDRB final review of and adoption of guidance document for stucco color, texture, materials and where acceptable in the Historic Districts. (Carly Piccarello, cpiccarello@santafenm.gov)
