A lavish, multi-million dollar Santa Fe mansion that once belonged to a famous artist is now back on the market.

The $22 million Sol y Sombra estate sits on 20 acres of land on the Old Santa Fe Trail, according to KRQE. The sprawling mansion features 21 bedrooms, 26 baths, and a greenhouse.

Modernist artist Georgia O'Keeffe lived and painted there during her final years. Its latest owner has developed the estate into a multi-use property.

Paul Duran, a property broker for Keller Williams, said to KRQE that the property could potentially be of use to companies such as Netflix, which could utilize the property's multi-use functionality. The home also has a learning center and a conference center available inside.

The estate could be used by "someone who just wants to come in and just enjoy the home and use the accessory buildings for their own purposes," Duran said to KRQE. “Or it’s a corporate retreat, where Google or someone like that, Netflix, somebody comes in and offers it to their employees as a place to regroup.”

“There’s nothing else like it in town,” Duran said.

Besides Georgia O'Keeffe, the mansion was also previously owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, who bought it in 2000.
