a. Approval of June 30, 2021 Meeting Minutes
MOTION: Member Thielen moved, seconded by Committee Member Haozous, to Minutes approved as amended.
VOTE: The motion was approved on the following Roll Call vote:
For: Member Zang, Member Boies, Member Hunter Schnell, Committee Member Haozous, Member Thielen, Member Bruce
Against: None
Abstain: None
Change Commission to Committee. Updates time of meeting from 2-4pm to 3-5pm. Correction of Hazous to Haozous. Change communication from a motion to discussion only.

a. FY21 Grantee End of Year Overview (Julie Sanchez, Youth and Family Services Division Director)
Division Director gave a high level overview of the final Human Services grantee report which included data and information on food security, homelessness, and housing.
b. Update: FY22 HSC Strategic Planning
Update to the Committee that the Chair and Vice Chair reviewed various proposals and that VIA consulting was the chosen facilitator.
c. Update: HSC Data Consultant RFP 22/01/P
The Committee received an update on the RFP which has been evaluated and a top candidate has been chosen and signed off on by the Central Procurement Officer.
7. PRESENTATION
a. HSC Contractor: Kitchen Angels, Program and Navigation Overview (Tony McCarty, Executive Director, and Jeanette Iskat, Client Services Manager)
The Committee heard a presentation from Jeanette and Tony on Kitchen Angels.
b. HSC Contractor: Food Depot, Program Overview and Navigation Services (Jill Dixon, Deputy Director and Chris Blumenstein, Resource Navigator)
Food Depot wasn't able to present so the Youth and Family Services Division Director did a breif overview based on a report sent over from Food Depot.
