A company providing services to Santa Fe mothers is working around the clock to provide in-home and wraparound care to caregivers of newborns six months of age or younger.

Many Mothers provides in-home services for babies and their caregivers in the Northern New Mexico area that includes health equity and wellbeing, according to the Many Mothers website.

"Once or twice a month families can stop by our office and get free diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, high-quality farm-fresh food," Many Mothers Executive Director Antoinette Villamil said in a video posted on the site.

Services include postpartum help, help with diapers, wipes, formula and more. Some specific programs are Maternal Support, Safe Sleep, Village Closet, Bilingual Navigation, Babies' Basic Needs and Farm to Families. Volunteers can help by supporting a family or donating.

"We also provide navigation services and connecting people with resources such as housing, childcare, food, transportation, all of these basic necessities to help your child thrive," Many Mothers Program Manager Zoey Barnes said.

“It’s easy as a first-time mom to worry about it all," a mother said in a testimonial. "But my volunteer helped me to put things into perspective and reassured me I’m doing just fine.”

All programs that Many Mothers provide are available at no cost, the website states.

“Many Mothers has made an enormous difference in our lives with both of my children," another mother said. "I can’t recommend it enough and appreciate the services so wholeheartedly.”
