Capital Improvements Advisory Committee Agenda
The following Agenda will be considered at a regular meeting of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee to be held,
October 21, 2021, at 1:30pm, at the Utilities Center, Board Room 225, located at 680 N. Motel Boulevard.
1. Conflict Of Interest:
At the opening of each meeting, the Chairperson shall ask if any member on the Committee or any member of the City staff has any known conflict of interest with any item on the agenda.

5. New Business:
A. UTILITIES FY21 END-OF-YEAR FINANCIAL REVIEW by Jose Provencio.
B. PARKS & RECREATION FY21 END-OF-YEAR FINANCIAL REVIEW by Liam Beasley.
C. PUBLIC SAFETY FY21 END-OF-YEAR FINANCIAL REVIEW by Liam Beasley.
D. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 2021 YEAR-TO-DATE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY REPORT UPDATE by Larry Nichols.
6. Action:
A. Ask for Volunteer or Assign a CIAC Member to write the 2020 CIAC Annual Report and submit to CIAC for review and discussion at the next meeting prior to submitting to the City Manager.
B. Accept CIAC Member Nominations and Vote for Chair and Vice-Chair.
