The Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System will remain accessible online at www.jobs.state.nm.us, available around the clock.
Customer service agents from the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center will resume work on December 1 at 8:00 a.m. Regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The department reminds eligible unemployment insurance claimants that November 27 is a federal holiday, which could lead to delays in banking transactions for unemployment benefits due to the closure of most banks and the U.S. Postal Service.
