There is less than one week remaining for students to apply for the Daniels Scholarship, which supports college-bound students from Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. The deadline to submit applications is October 17.
The Daniels Scholarship awards more than 200 students each year. Recipients can receive up to a full scholarship to attend one of 22 partner colleges and universities in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, and Michigan. For those who choose to study at schools outside these four core states, the scholarship offers up to $25,000 per year.
The scholarship funds can be used for tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, as well as other educational expenses.
