Panda Express has opened its 15th location in Albuquerque, with the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce assisting in the launch on August 20. The new restaurant is situated at 2040 Gibson Blvd. SE and marks the company's 25th outlet in New Mexico.
The Panda Restaurant Group was recently recognized as the third-best large company to work for in the 2025 Top Workplaces list. The organization has consistently been named a top workplace more than six times and employs nearly 600 people across New Mexico.
During the opening ceremony, Panda Express contributed $1,000 to Meals on Wheels NM as part of its community initiatives. Additionally, the company supports the Chamber's Albuquerque Reads program by providing bookmarks and kid meal certificates to students who read five or more books.
The Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce expressed appreciation for Panda Express's achievements in both Albuquerque and New Mexico, acknowledging their support for fellow chamber members.
