Eight chamber members make top workplaces list for 2025

The Albuquerque Journal has announced its Top Workplaces for 2025, recognizing 51 organizations based on employee feedback. The list, now in its 13th year, relies on a survey conducted by Energage, which evaluates factors such as pay, benefits, leadership, and appreciation.

Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, highlighted the importance of these awards: “Top Workplaces awards are a celebration of good news. They exemplify the significance of a people-first workplace experience, reminding us that employees are the heart of any thriving organization.”

In the large category, Nusenda Credit Union achieved first place while Panda Restaurant Group secured third place. In the midsize category, New Mexico State Land Office was ranked third. Bradbury Stamm Construction followed at fifth place and Bernalillo County DA’s Office at fifteenth. For small companies, New Mexico Mutual ranked seventh with Molzen Corbin at twenty-fourth and REDW Advisors & CPAs at thirtieth.

The Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce extended congratulations to all recognized workplaces for their achievement in contributing to economic activity and enhancing community life in Albuquerque.
