The State Personnel Board has announced its upcoming regular meeting scheduled for Friday, April 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in person at the Willie Ortiz Auditorium located at 2600 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM.
Members of the public who wish to comment on agenda items can do so in person by signing up on the Public Comment sign-in sheet or by emailing their comments to DeniseM.Forlizzi@spo.nm.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025. Comments must include the name and contact information of the commenter and specify the agenda item being addressed. Each public comment is limited to two minutes. Written comments will be distributed to the Board for review.
The meeting agenda will be accessible at least 72 hours before the meeting on the State Personnel Office website at www.spo.state.nm.us. To obtain a copy of the agenda and public documents, individuals may contact board administrator Denise Forlizzi via email or phone at (505) 365-3691. Documents can be provided in accessible formats if requested by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.
"The Board may enter Executive Session pursuant to the administrative adjudication and pending litigation exceptions to the Open Meetings Act," according to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(3).
