Participants will gather at the Roundhouse in Santa Fe for an event called "End Mass Incarceration Day." The agenda includes storytelling at 1:00 PM, followed by a rally outside. Organizers intend to meet with legislators to discuss evidence-based approaches that address the root causes of crime while keeping families intact.
