Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has appointed Bryan Fox as a judge for the Second Judicial District Court. This announcement was made on Thursday, following the retirement of Judge Gerard J. Lavelle.

Fox brings nearly three decades of experience in family law to his new role on the family court bench. He is an alumnus of the University of New Mexico School of Law and has been a member of the New Mexico Bar since 1996.

Fox's appointment will officially begin on December 21, 2024.
