The University of New Mexico (UNM) announced the inclusion in the South Campus Tax Increment Development District (TIDD). The tax revenues generated by this enterprise will contribute to funding public infrastructure, including roads, utilities, and public facilities, in the specified area.
In-N-Out Burger anticipates its opening in 2027. This new dining choice is expected to enrich the district's vibrancy and create a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and the local community. Additionally ,the introduction of In-N-Out Burger will contribute towards affordable dining options fostering accessibility and vibrancy within the South Campus TIDD for students faculty local residents alike according to a press release by UNM.
