The City of Albuquerque revealed on Sept. 6 that season 3 of the TV series "Bands of Enchantment Albuquerque Sessions" will record 10 nights of live music at the historic KiMo Theatre, with shows running from Sept. 15 to 25. The opening night on Sept. 15, scheduled from 8 to 10 p.m., will showcase Prism B!tch, a locally acclaimed band, according to a press release.

Tickets for each night of the series are priced at $5 and can be purchased through the website holdmyticket.com. Musical groups hailing from various corners of the globe and representing genres such as rock, indie, country, hip-hop and folk will be featured.

“We’re thrilled to be back in Albuquerque for season 3! The energy behind filming season 2 at the Rail Yards was unbelievable and lead to an award-winning season that was just picked up by Amazon Prime Video! Now, to be back and filming at the Historic KiMo Theatre is a dream come true,” said Ken C. Peterson, the show’s creator and executive producer.

Season 2 of the show made its debut on NMPBS and was subsequently broadcast on PBS stations across major cities nationwide. It can now be streamed on platforms such as PBS and All Arts, as well as globally on Amazon Prime and Tubi. Furthermore, season 1 received a Midwest Emmy nomination, while Season 2 clinched a Silver Telly Award in the Television Series.

Prism B!tch, an Albuquerque band who will be playing on opening night, just finished touring with indie Band Built to Spill and collaborating on a new album with producer Toshi Kasia (known for working with Foo Fighters and The Melvins). Prism B!tch is known for its dynamic performances, ranging from festival triumphs at events like Treefort and Rock City Fest to amassing over 100,000 streams.
