Carmen R. Ennis, 61, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, March 4, 2023. Carmen was born on Monday, July 10, 1961, to Fred and Rose Silva of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was the second youngest of eight children. She was the second to pass away, following her sister Jeanette. In 2011, Carmen joined a biking group led by her soon-to-be husband Kevin Ennis, also of Albuquerque. Carmen loved her family more than her next breath; she was always there to help and support her loved ones in their times of need. She was fiercely loyal. Those who knew her identified her as being an extremely intelligent soul and, at the same time, being very caring and loving. She is survived by her husband Kevin; her daughter, Jillian; and her siblings, Matthew, Monica, Marco, Margaret, and Dolores. An hour of visitation for Carmen was held on Monday, March 20, 2023, 9:00-10:00 a.m., followed by a service at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH- Wyoming.
