a. Request for Approval to Extend the Period to Close in the Purchase Agreement for Approximately 23.08 Acres Located at 1085 Richards Avenue, Item #22-0500, from December 30, 2022 to January 31, 2023.

MOTION: Councilor Jamie Cassutt moved, seconded by Councilor Signe Lindell, to approve the contract as presented.
VOTE: The motion was approved on the following Roll Call vote:

Authorizing the City Manager to Terminate the Agreement for the Purchase of Approximately 23.08 Acres Located at 1085 Richards Avenue, Item #22-0500, if the Department of Game and Fish Does not Agree to Extend the Closing Date from December 30, 2022 to January 31, 2023 on or before December 30, 2022.
MOTION: Councilor Jamie Cassutt moved, seconded by Councilor Signe Lindell, to approve the termination agreement as presented.
